Shipping policy

Delivery will be to the address you give us for delivery at the time of placing your order. Delivery will be made on the date selected on the shipping calendar at checkout.

The courier paid for at checkout will be used to send your baked items unless unforeseen circumstances occur (i.e. the courier does not deliver to your address / strikes / the courier cannot accept the parcel).

Due to the Royal Mail strikes, there may be unexpected delays with your bakes as more people / businesses are using alternative couriers (e.g DPD / Evri). Often on days near or when the strikes occur, the couriers 90% of the time will collect your parcel, however there are occasions at the drop-off shops where the vans are full and can't take anymore. They will either send another van in the evening or early the next morning to process your item as soon as possible. This is out of my control and I will try my hardest to sort your bakes out but please be patient, thank you. 

Refund Policy 

We have a zero return policy as everything is made to order.

In the event that you are unsatisfied with the condition or quality of the product or that you have received the incorrect product, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your product at ggdesserts.uk@gmail.com or for quicker communication times on my number - 07740346132. Refunds, store credit or a replacement order with the same value will be provided in this case. 

Gift Cards are also non-refundable.

In certain other situations, partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of GG Desserts Ltd.
