How long is delivery / I need my order for a certain date?
Your item will be shipped according to the date you choose on the shipping calendar at checkout! Please leave plenty of time for delivery if it is for a special event as there are many delays currently with couriers / strikes etc :)
Where is my order?
The tracking number provided once it has been shipped will have the most up-to-date tracking available (if you have chosen tracked shipping). I unfortunately won’t be able to see anything more on tracking than you will be able to, so it is out of my control once it has been given to the couriers.
Upon receiving your shipping dispatch update, please allow up to :
- 3 days if you have ordered Buns
- 7/8 days for Brownies / Blondies
Please contact me, Grace, if your bakes haven't arrived within this timeframe on the contact page or through social media :)
If you have chosen standard shipping, there is no tracking available at all from either end.
Are your products suitable for Vegetarians?
All bakes apart from the S'mores (Rocky Road) brownie (contains marshmallows) are suitable for vegetarians!
They all contain egg also.
None of my bakes have alcohol in.
Gift wrapping and packaging
The Brownies and Blondies come in a postal size box, so if you’re not in - don’t worry!
Any larger bakes like the buns and birthday stack will come as a small parcel 📦
They are also wrapped in food grade safety cellophane to ensure freshness (and it also looks nice)! The sealed boxes are then placed into mailer bag to ensure further protection!
A gift message can be included in all the bakes!
How long do the brownies/blondies last?
The brownies can be eaten just a little over a week because they’re just that gooey!
The blondies will need to be eaten within 6-7 days as they are more of a buttery base!
How long do the buns last?
The buns will need to be eaten within 3-4 days of receiving and stored in the fridge! To eat : place them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds for extra stickiness and softness! 😊
How long do the Cookies last?
The cookies will need to be eaten within 8-9 days of receiving and stored in a cool and dry place, and best sealed.
Can the buns be frozen?
Yes they can! Just thaw in the fridge the night before and microwave for 15/20 seconds when you’re ready!
Do you cater for allergies?
Unfortunately I cannot cater for this requirement, I am a one wo-man team so it’s a little difficult right now sorry 😌
How do I send the picture for the Polaroid option?
There is an option to upload your picture there and then at the listing!
What does a blondie taste like and texture?
The complete opposite to a brownie in taste! The best comparison is like vanilla sponge vs chocolate cake. Brownies are rich and very chocolatey whereas Blondies are vanilla and buttery! The texture is exactly the same as the brownies - something you may not be used to - but definitely in good way! They’re still sticky and gooey!
