My signature cake of all time - Grace's Homemade Carrot and Walnut Cake. Soft and fluffy, filled with plenty of walnut pieces, a hint of cinnamon and topped with GG frosting with a special little ingredient in there. 

I've been making this cake since I was around 9 years old and it has been a winner in my family ever since. So I thought it was about time to share this signature cake! Perfect warmed ever so slightly and with a cup of tea or coffee!
